(More about the new look on Wednesday...)

Papa J, I'm so glad the PB brownies worked out well for you! (A glass of milk is most definately needed.) Thanks for the gnocchi link, too!Laura Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09145568170608254365noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23189093.post-10016259894876409112007-02-26T10:48:00.000-05:002007-02-26T10:48:00.000-05:00A variation on this recipe that I grew up with is ...A variation on this recipe that I grew up with is making a powdered sugar frosting with mint extract (and green food coloring.) Then top that frosting with melted regular chocolate chips and let the chocolate cool in the fridge. (You MUST score the chocolate before you cool it or you'll never be able to get square brownies out of it.)

We tried out the peanut butter swirl brownies last night. They were a big hit, but I definitely recommend they be eaten with a cup of milk. They are very rich.

Please allow me to make a recommendation as well. If you have never had Gnocchi Verdi, (and you like blue cheese) I promise it will be worth your while.Papa Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12553592541103800402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23189093.post-6131362550174060362007-02-26T10:45:00.000-05:002007-02-26T10:45:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Papa Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12553592541103800402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23189093.post-77045360121930900762007-02-26T10:39:00.000-05:002007-02-26T10:39:00.000-05:00Well, they sound yummy!
